Install GoXLR software and fix common issues.

Install GoXLR software

Download goxlr-utility-1.2.4.zip, unzip it, and run the installer for your operating system.

  1. Click Download on the downloads page.
  2. Unzip the bundle.
  3. Run the Windows .exe, macOS .pkg, or Linux package.
  4. Connect your GoXLR over USB and open the app.

Connect your device

Plug the GoXLR or GoXLR MINI into a USB port directly — avoid unpowered hubs for first setup. The app detects the device automatically.

Windows driver / Dice error

If Windows shows a Dice driver error, uninstall the old TC-Helicon driver from Device Manager, reboot, then reinstall from the GoXLR setup bundle.
